I feel so much calmer

Kenzie M.

"Having a yoga class that is specifically catered to your emotional/energy needs is totally genius- it’s like having a personal instructor! When I’m emotionally overwhelmed or exhausted it’s tough to decide what type of exercise to do- sometimes there’s too many options out there- and I’ll just end up sitting on my couch instead. With this series I can just base my class choice on my needs at the moment and it takes the guess-work out. I have felt so much calmer and more rejuvenated after these practices. I couldn’t recommend them enough!"

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Katie B.

"Not only is Rebecca a phenomenal yoga teacher, but her classes are much more than that. They are designed so skillfully that they always get me out of my head and leave me with a new perspective, usually something brighter and more serene."

I cried and felt a lot of love

Liz J.

"I needed some self love time and I sat down with myself (and you). I am so glad that I did. I enjoyed all aspects of Yoga for When You Feel Sadness: the length, the super loving and supportive postures. I cried and I felt a lot of love. Thank you so much for creating this and sharing it."

Helping you feel better and better feel

  • On demand practices

Your feelings don't follow a schedule. With this series all your practices are on demand, so if you feel anxious at 5am or lonely at 11pm you can hit play and flow with me when you need it most.

  • Support and Discussion Forum

Unlike some online yoga programs where you're left on your own to figure things out, I'll be here every step of the way! You can chat with me and others in the discussion forum and reach out anytime for extra encouragement.

  • Heart-felt

No one's going to ask you to "smile and think positive" when you're down in the dumps or tell you to get up and dance around on your mat when you're exhausted. These practices meet you where you're at, giving you exactly what you need based on how you feel in the moment.
